A site of remembrance and learning for Rwandans and internationals alike, the Memorial includes three permanent exhibitions set in landscaped memorial gardens. Its new classrooms and open-air amphitheatre, completed in April 2014, are just the first phase of a much larger planned site expansion. The Memorial is also home to the Genocide Archive of Rwanda.
